In today's industry, technical safety and product quality assessment are of critical importance. To address these tasks, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is applied. In cases where standards or the client's technical specifications require a more thorough examination of welded joints, our laboratory also performs Destructive Testing (DT).
To improve product quality and ensure the reliability of complex and potentially hazardous objects, we utilize the following methods:
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
- Destructive Testing (DT): Fracture Test (FT) and Bend Test (BT).
These methods allow for the identification of product non-conformities both in the early stages of production and during subsequent operation. T.I.S. International OÜ specialists possess extensive work experience, the necessary qualifications, and modern equipment for conducting tests.

Orders (Applications)
To order the inspection of welded joints, an application form must be completed. After filling out the form, add the desired inspection methods under the "Types of Inspection" tab. It is also possible to specify the location of the inspection.

Accreditation
Our laboratory is accredited in accordance with the EVS-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard:
- Since 2010: Non-Destructive Testing (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT).

Since 2017/2018: Destructive Testing (FT, BT).

Complaints Procedure
The client has the right to file a complaint if there are grievances regarding the services of T.I.S. International OÜ. The complaint must be clearly formulated and sent in free form to isaev@ndt.ee. The complaint must include:
- Company name
- Date
- Contact person
- Reference to the certification/service
- Description of the complaint
- Signature
T.I.S. guarantees a timely response. A confirmation of receipt will be sent within 2 working days. The client will be informed of the proceedings and the decision at the earliest opportunity.
Confidentiality
All information obtained throughout the cooperation and after its conclusion is confidential. The parties are prohibited from disclosing confidential information to third parties. The T.I.S. laboratory has the right to provide confidential information to state authorities and the Estonian Accreditation Centre (EAK) based on official requests as stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
